Telstar Software Services has developed a number of internal tools for the Microsoft Corporation, spanning nearly a decade. The tools Telstar has built over the years range from Opportunity tools, Prospecting tools, Partner tools to Lead Generation tools, Data Warehousing and Reporting tools. Over the past 8 years we have also been responsible to numerous MS groups for data mapping, reporting and data analysis.

The tools that Telstar develop are often purposed to identify sales and marketing opportunities, allow greater access to a internal and external data sets with results being a view to increased revenue opportunities, lower costs and increased data efficiency. Telstar specializes in working within very stringent security environments to ensure data safety for our customers.

RHS
RHS (Rick Heiniger Systems) is the industry leader in high-end sprayers (Bestway) and GPS guidance application systems (Outback Guidance).

RHS selected Telstar Software Services Inc. to evaluate its IT environment based upon the company’s core business needs and apply industry best practices to recommend a full business solution suite.

RHS has spearheaded the development of a new and exciting product line forecasted to exponentially increase their sales while fundamentally changing the way farmers manage their fields. After taking a hard look at their current IT systems, management determined that they needed to update the current, non-heterogeneous and sometime paper-driven systems to one integrated, online business management solution. This will allow their employees to focus on the future integration of technology and farming rather than management of their legacy IT systems.

Telstar Software Services Inc. was also selected as prime vendor to develop necessary customizations and deploy the final solution company wide.

San Diego Charger Scouting System
Telstar Software Services built upon its standard integrated scouting system to create a customized application for the San Diego Chargers. The College and Pro systems offer a unique combination of tools and reports in order to analyze players.

Seattle Seahawks
Telstar Software Services assisted the Seattle Seahawks in rebuilding their antiquated Informix system to a Web-based system supported by SQL Server. This effort encompassed the following modules:

• College scouting
  This college scouting component includes a standalone application used by college scouts which automatically updates from a primary database during periodic uploads of player reports.
• Pro scouting
  This pro scouting component enables team administrators to analyze information gathered by pro scouts as well as data imported directly from NFL’s primary database.
• Coaching analysis
  This coaching analysis component consists of reports covering Offensive Opponent, Defensive Opponent, Offensive Self Scout and Defensive Self Scouting.
• Injury & Treatment tracking
  Allows Trainers to record and track all treatment details for each injury.

CSGOpenline
Telstar Software Services has developed several Call Center applications allowing agents to track as well as manage, agent work flow and call follow-up in support of customer profiling and Sales Lead qualification activities. Telstar has also developed Call Tracking and Agent Management reporting, assists with data matching and provides data analysis.

Houston Texans Scouting System
Telstar Software Services built a College scouting system offering the Houston Texans an integrated system that tracks and analyzes player information. A standalone version of this system is used by traveling scouts which automatically refreshes when the scouts transmit new reports back into the system.

Telstar also created a Pro scouting system for Houston, built upon pre-existing college information supplemented by scouts and additional NFL data.

Capinator
Telstar Software Services designed and built a web based Salary Cap Scenario Tool currently used by the Miami Dolphins, New Orleans Saints and San Diego Chargers. The Depth Chart style interface enables administrators to calculate and communicate the effects of roster changes on their current and future cap status.
